How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We use a 48-hour delivery service.

We endeavour to dispatch orders on the day of the order confirmation but failing this we will dispatch by the following working day. If you were to receive your order confirmation on a Monday, your order would be dispatched on Tuesday at the latest and will arrive to you by the Thursday of that week.

If you have any specific delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to discuss these with you.

What are the dimensions and weights of the lights?

Each product page has an expandable box at the bottom of the page, titled ‘Details’. This section specifies the height, diameter and weight of each light.

What does each light come with?
All of our lights are sold with flex cable, suspension chain and a ceiling mounting plate. Please review the expandable box at the bottom of the product page, titled ‘Further information’. This section describes what is supplied with that particular light.
Are the lights easy to install?
The lights must be installed by an NICEIC approved electrician; please refer to our guidance in clause 10.11 of our Terms of Sale (Business Customers) and clause 14.8 of our Terms of Sale (Consumers) for more information.
Can I return my light?

If you are a consumer you can return your light if you, unfortunately, decide it isn’t quite right for your space. You have 14 calendar days after the goods are received or if your order is delivered in instalments, 14 calendar days from the date on which you received the last instalment to notify us of your decision to cancel. We will issue a refund for your order if you do change your mind and cancel within this ‘cooling off’ period. Please refer to our Terms of Sale (Consumers) which outlines the specific requirements and timelines for cancelling your order.
